Yoga By Kalari is recognized by Yoga Alliance USA as a registered yoga teacher training school (RYS), offering comprehensive training programs for aspiring yoga teachers. In addition to our foundational training, we offer continued education programs (CEP) for existing yoga professionals seeking to expand their knowledge and skills. One of our specialized courses is the 20-hour Corporate Yoga Teacher Training program, designed to equip educators with the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct effective and successful yoga programs for working professionals.
Our recent collaboration with MVMNT, a yoga studio based in Jordan, was highly successful. Through this program, participants gained a deep understanding of the corporate environment, enabling them to develop customized yoga programs that address specific pain points experienced by desk workers. Our training focused on how to modify traditional yoga postures to make them accessible and inclusive for individuals with varying needs, as well as utilizing limited office spaces and readily available props such as chairs and walls. Participants learned how to integrate yoga into the daily lives of desk workers both in and out of the workplace, resulting in improved physical and mental well-being.
