Progress Update on the Yoga for Diabetes Program

  1. We are delighted to share with you the recent progress on our Yoga for Diabetes program. As we all know, regular physical activity and stress management are crucial elements in the successful management of diabetes, and our program is designed to promote these in a holistic and accessible way.


    Positive Feedback: Participant feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Participants have reported improved blood sugar control, weight loss, reduced stress levels, and increased overall well-being. We are currently compiling these testimonials and expect to share more detailed results soon.


    Online Resource Development: We're in the process of developing a comprehensive online portal, filled with resources like instructional videos, diet advice, mindfulness techniques, and more, to supplement live classes.
